Members Reward Scheme

This Scheme has ceased on 31.3.2009. Members with valid reward points should redeem gifts on or before 31.5.2009. All unused reward points will be cancelled after 31.5.2009.

4	Introduce 1 person to join membership every time	100	Every member can only be introduced by one person, who should already be a Y.E.S. member before the day of introduction. Every member can get the points for this item 3 times at most per month

6	Complete Career Assessment Kit	150	Members can only have these 150 points for every 12 months
7	Acquire a job interview opportunity	150	Relevant documents should be presented such as interview notification letters or record of attending job interviews at Y.E.S.
8	Complete “Mentorship Programme”	500	Every programme lasts for 9 months
9	Successfully employed	500	Members must have used Y.E.S. services (Item 3, 5, 6 or 8) prior to securing employment, and relevant documents should be presented such as letter of appointment, contract or MPF record
10	Stay in same job for over 3 months	1200	Members must have used Y.E.S. services (Item 3, 5, 6 or 8) prior to securing employment, and certificates should be presented, such as salary payslip or MPF record
11	Business member successfully establishes his/her own company	1500	Members establish their own business after attending relevant Y.E.S. workshops or seminars, and valid business registration certificates can be presented.

Remarks

The period of validity of Members Reward Scheme is extended to 31 March 2009.
Gifts are available while stock lasts.
Y.E.S. reserves the right of, when necessary, altering the basic requirements of gift redemption and gifts available for redemption.
Members can choose their desired gifts with points earned through the internet or visiting Y.E.S. in person.
If the gift is redeemed through the website of Y.E.S., members will get a notification email or letter of gift redemption. Gift should be collected within 3 months, otherwise an abstention of right will be treated.
Members can also visit Y.E.S. in person to redeem the gifts. But if your desired gifts are out of stock, an email or a letter will be sent to members notifying them the collection date. Upon receipt of the letter, members should collect the gifts in 3 months, otherwise an abstention of right will be treated.
Y.E.S. reserves the right of final decision on gift redemption.
