Members Registration Procedure

• All young people aged between 15 and 29 who legally reside and work in Hong Kong may apply to become Y.E.S. members.
• Applicants may preliminarily register online or approach Y.E.S. in person to conduct preliminary registration through the on-site touch-screen computers. Upon verification of information, Y.E.S. staff will assist applicants in photo-taking and printing of personalized membership smartcards.

Y.E.S. Members

Those who have completed registration procedures will become Y.E.S. members. Membership is valid for one year and renewable annualy. Except for those services and facilities specially designed for business members, Y.E.S. members may use all other services and facilities available in the centre.

Business Members

All young people aged between 18 and 29, who are operating their own businesses and have registered their businesses at Business Registration Office (BRO) with valid Business Registration Certificates, may become business members. Those young people who wish to start or have started their businesses but have not yet registered their businesses at BRO may register as provisional business members. However, they are required to obtain BRC within six months upon their registration or else their membership will be reverted to Y.E.S. members.
