6. Training on Negotiation Skill in workplace

As the commercial world undergoes radical transformations constantly, the interests involved among different parties and individuals are very complicated. Managerial and administrative personnel are often required to launch negotiations on behalf of their respective institutions. In order to fight for maximum interests for the institution concerned, we have to not only familiarise with our own scope of professional authority and the stances of institutions we represent, but also required to master effective negotiation skills so as to enhancing bargaining power in convincing our opponents during negotiations. You will be able to utilize these skills in a flexible manner for communicating with different people. 10. Professional Résumé Writing – Personal Consultation Service

If you want to equip yourself with a personal résumé that gleams with all your strengths, you are advised to make an appointment with the experienced human resources consultant at Y.E.S. so that he can help you compose a unique, tailor-made résumé that genuinely suits your needs.

  • Expert will provide one-on-one consultation service of English and Chinese résumé building right on-the-spot
  • They will conduct individual talks with young people in order to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses in their résumés
  • They will make amendments to the résumés of all participants within one week and propose recommendations for improvement
  • After 7 or 8 members have signed up, Y.E.S. will contact human resources consultants to arrange for one-on-one résumé guidance service sessions that last for 30 minutes per person.

Time: 2:30pm to 6:30pm (Y.E.S. will notify participants by email about individual appointment time) Those who have never attended “Small Group Workshop on Resume Building” are required to attend the briefing from 2:30pm to 3:00pm

Remarks:
Once a participant’s application has been accepted, he/she will have to send his/her personal résumé via e-mail to sarahtsang@e-start.gov.hk immediately for making a formal confirmation of participation. Those who fail to do so will be regarded as giving up their places.

Members who have participated in ‘Small Group Workshop on Résumé Building” will enjoy priority in the application process.
