Mr. Alfred Cheung
Mr. Alfred Cheung graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist University and subsequently furthered his studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Diploma in Film at a school of continuing education) and The New School in the United States to brush up his knowledge in film art. He commenced his screenwriting work in 1981 and his distinguished works include The Story of Woo Viet and Father-son tie. Over the past two decades, Mr. Alfred Cheung has been devoting himself to the field of performing arts and various new initiatives, making a great deal of experience. These include:
- Received the Best Screenplay Award at the 3rd Hong Kong Film Awards with the film Let’s Make Laugh, for which he served as both the screenwriter and director.
- Has been putting his energy into the development of comedy films over the past 20 years, and has acted as a Film Director, Screenwriter, Film Producer and Actor in over 80 movies.
- Currently pursuing his studies in IEMBA at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
- Has been providing employee training for various major organizations such as Tao Heung Group, Hongthai Travel Agency, Hongkong Post, PCCW, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Smartone, Swire Coca-cola Hong Kong Limited, Hong Kong Disneyland and Ocean Park

Mr. Tak-shun Yu
Having obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Science at the University of Hong Kong, Mr. Tak-shun Yu received the 1st Outstanding Social Workers Award in 1992. He has been considered as an acclaimed speaker on AQ and EQ over the past decade among local business people, and has taught courses in EQ, AQ, CQ, SQ and stress management at such organizations as Sun Hung Kai, PCCW, Philips, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the Hospital Authority. He was in charge of AQ and EQ training for civil servants over a period of five years starting from 1997, and has been instructing on EQ liberal studies at the University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Baptist University. He has been invited to serve as AQ Consultant at the TVB programmes ‘Passion’ and ‘Hong Kong Plus’, and was invited by ATV to act as Emotional Education Consultant for children at ‘Mr. Tsang 28 Show’ between 2005 and 2007.

Mr. Pang Hoi Ping
Mr. Pang Hoi Ping has more than twenty-year experience in small businesses. He has invested in over thirty business centres, which receive monthly rents in both mainland China and Hong Kong. In recent years he opened a sole-proprietor licensed travel agency in Hong Kong. Mr. Pang has served as a tutor of start-up courses in a number of institutions, including HKSKH Lady MacLehose Centre, Employees Retraining Board, Youth Pre-employment Training Programme, Youth Work Experience and Training Scheme, and Youth Self-employment Support Scheme of the Labour Department, Hong Kong Productivity Council, Methodist Centre, and business competitions hosted by Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. Furthermore Mr Pang also gives lectures irregularly on topics such as business start-up and wealth creation, small business operation techniques, interview skills, employment trend, etc. at the Social Welfare Department (senior social worker of Sheltered Workshop), Civil Service Bureau (Voluntary Departure Scheme), Junior Chamber International Hong Kong and its chapters, the Rotary Club, Hong Kong Business Starter Association, Business and Professional Department of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong, as well as educational institutes such as City University of Hong Kong, Lingnan University, and many middle schools and primary schools.

Mr. Ching Ken See Ho
Mr. Ching Ken See Ho established EcoTour Travel Ltd. in 1996 and has been devoted to eco-tourism ever since. He is mainly responsible for leading and organising various outdoor ecological and environmental education and conservation activities, key ecological research, and tourism guide training. He is now director of Eco-education and Resources Centre.Responsible projects/work:

Ms. Annie Leung
In 2006, Ms. Annie Leung founded CEO MindPower Ltd. which specifically provides business strategy development plans, executive coaching and corporate training for corporate and administrative personnel. Her clients include the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, PCCW, MTRC, Carlsberg Hong Kong and Karrie International Holdings Limited etc. Possessing 13 years of multinational senior administration experience, she has received The China 100 Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Award 2007, and won the Gold Award of 1994 HKMA/TVB Award for Marketing Excellence.

Mr. Daryl Choy
Mr. Daryl Choy, obtained Master in Management in Marketing and Sales, founder of Touchpoint Experience Management and member of Drafting Sub-committee of Specification of Competency Standards of Qualification Framework of Hong Kong Education Bureau, once worked for management, sale, marketing, customer service, logistics, HR etc. for international institutions and small and medium enterprises, and stayed long in many cities in the Mainland like Beijing, Nanjing, Zhengzhou, Shanghai and Guangzhou.

Ms Serina Chan
Serina Chan is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. She represents financial institutions and public and private companies across a wide range of sectors, including freight and parcel delivery, infrastructure and mining, real estate development, recycling and environmental products, batteries and electronic products, pharmaceutical products, retail, construction materials, fashion and leather products. Over the past four years, Ms. Chan has advised companies and investor clients in more than 40 transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, regulatory compliance, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions across Hong Kong, mainland China, and the Asia region. Ms. Chan previously worked in an international law firm as a member of their corporate and securities team.
Ms. Chan received her H.K.C.P.E.C. (pass with credits) and P.C.L.L. from the University of Hong Kong in 1998 and 1999 respectively and LL.M. from the University of London in 2001. She also obtained a L.L.B. from Peking University in 2006 and B.S.Sc. from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1995.
Ms. Chan is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. She is admitted in Hong Kong (2001) and England and Wales (2002).

Ms Shirley Yu
Shirley Yu has over 12 years of experience in China tax and business advisory. She is familiar with China’s foreign investment environment and regulatory framework. She specializes in advising multinational companies on market entry strategies, distribution solutions and business regulatory compliance issues in China. She has extensive experience in assisting clients to structure their operations in China and set up various types of direct investment vehicles, including holding companies, wholly foreign-owned trading companies and service companies. Over the years, she has established close contacts with China’s foreign investment and trade authorities at both central and local levels and has been assisting our clients to resolve business regulatory disputes with local authorities.

Ms. Prudence Mak
Being a graduate from Department of Art, Ms. Prudence Mak is the founder and designer of Chocolate Rain Design. Prudence was awarded HK Design Smart scholarship in 2008. Then she obtained Master degree with distinction in Central Saint Martins London.
The inspiration of setting up Chocolate Rain Design comes from simplistic childhood dreams and adventures in the fairy wonderland. Each of the products is hand-made and unique, emanating the designer’s artistic style. Chocolate Rain Design has co-operated with various renowned brands, including Swarovski designer collection, Care – Stella McCartney as well as the English fashion designer, Luella. Chocolate Rain Design was even responsible for the inauguration of the art exhibition “WHY THROW AWAY YOUR MEMORY” at Times Square in 2009.
Nowadays, the influence of Chocolate Rain is seen all over the globe, with her products and exhibitions boasting a presence in Tokyo, Paris, New York and Spain. This series of products has earned itself numerous prizes over the years, which include Livewire business award and New Collection Award HK TDC.
