Commendation Ceremony for the Focus Groups Programme and the Mystery Shoppers Training Programme

To better equip young people for their career development, Y.E.S. has organised a number of focus groups to collect the opinions of young people about the services of Y.E.S. Moreover, members of the focus groups are selected to act as mystery shoppers to visit the Y.E.S. centre to test the service attitude of the staff, as a way to improve Y.E.S. services. In February 2009, Y.E.S. held a Commendation Ceremony for both programmes, which saw huge response among the young people who fully demonstrated their support for Y.E.S.
