What is “Mr WORK” Training Programme about?

Y.E.S. has meticulously developed an interactive training programme named "Mr WORK" to cultivate core work values among young people through interesting work simulation environment and interactive workshop. It is expected that the programme will deepen young people's understanding of the world of work and employers' expectation towards employees in order to enhance their competitiveness and job satisfaction.

Work Simulation

A unique programme, designed and developed by the Labour Department - interactive and educational work simulation!

Roles to be played by the participating youths:

• Staff secure a job, and help boss accomplishing the task
• Target: become the Outstanding Employee.

Through the work simulation:

• Understand the operation of the world of work
• Learn the tips for becoming an outstanding employee in the world of work
• Understand requirements of bosses on their staff
