收集資料的目的
勞工處及Y.E.S.會利用你的個人資料，處理一切有關你申請成為會員及為你提供服務及設施，包括課程選配、就業轉介、就業選配、個案輔導或有關用途。這些資料是你在自願情況下提供。如你未能提供足夠資料，勞工處及Y.E.S.可能無法處理你的申請及無法向你提供服務及設施。請確保你所提供的資料準確。若有任何變動，請盡快通知Y.E.S.。
資料的轉移
勞工處及Y.E.S.會根據實際需要將你所提供的資料轉交給為勞工處或Y.E.S.提供服務或主辦活動之機構、僱主、勞工處其他科別、其他政府部門或公共機構、或你的家長或監護人。
查閱個人資料
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》第十八條、第二十二條及附表一原則六的規定，你有權要求查閱你的個人資料及更正有關資料，你亦可要求索取這些資料的副本。會員登記一般有效期為一年。

如有關於收集、查閱和改正你的個人資料的查詢，請向勞工處青年就業科（總部）勞工事務主任提出。

Personal Information Collection Statement
Purpose of Collection
LD and Y.E.S. will use your personal data for consideration of your application for membership and for provision of services and facilities to you. This includes course selection, job matching, counselling and guidance, or matters related thereto. The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide sufficient information, LD and Y.E.S. may not be able to handle your application or provide services and facilities. Please ascertain all submitted information is true and correct. If there are any changes, please inform Y.E.S. as soon as possible.
Classes of Transferees
LD and Y.E.S. may transfer the personal data you provide to service providers or activity organisers of LD or Y.E.S., employers, other divisions of LD, other government departments or public organisations, or your parents or guardians.
Access to Personal Data
You have a right to request access to and correction of your personal data provided in accordance with Sections 18 and 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Your right of access includes the right to obtain a copy of your personal data you provided. In general, membership registration is valid for one year.
